1. Joomla is a CMS, due to extreme size of community. Pace of release of components and modules are very high. This makes us forget what a CMS is? It would be extremely superb, if you use Joomla as CMS rather than site like auction or social networking. As this means you are only using that component not the Joomla itself.
2. Administration of Joomla is not a easy task to do, so directly giving the clients without making them understand what admin does makes him unhappy within 15 days of delivery, beware!!
3. Joomla by default provides excellent SEF urls, than also people and developers hunt for SEF components.

Understand Joomla’s power first rather than searching for a component which will make your site ready very fast but extremely unmanageable in very near future.
